The data controller is Mosar İnşaat Turizm Petrol Taşımacılık Ltd. Şti. (Kronos Hotel). Lucera Restaurant is the restaurant brand operating within Kronos Hotel. Personal data are processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), lawfully and fairly, for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and in a relevant, limited and proportionate manner.

Applications are answered in accordance with applicable law as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
